We hire people who have worked a production floor. Nine on the team today, and we add two or three roles a year.
Every consultant here spent years inside lending operations before joining. That is not a preference, it is the hiring bar — we cannot advise a processing floor without having stood on one.
Engagements are capped at two active builds per consultant, so the work stays deep rather than frantic. We do not run utilisation targets, and we do not ask anyone to sell.

Lead configuration builds and migrations for lender and credit-union clients. You will own scope from findings memo to handover.
Design post-close audit packets and pipeline reporting; maintain retainer dashboards for existing clients.
Deliver role-based workshops and build runbooks tied to each client's environment. Frequent South Florida travel.
