Verano Lending Technology is a mortgage operations technology and consulting firm based at 2948 Elkview Drive, Hialeah, Florida 33012, owned and operated by Princess Harms. Verano is not a lender, mortgage broker, correspondent, credit provider or loan servicer. Nothing on this Site is an offer of credit, an application for credit, or a solicitation for consumer lending business.

3. Permitted use of the site

You may view, print and download pages from this Site for legitimate business evaluation of our services. You may not: use the Site for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system; scrape, harvest or bulk-copy content for commercial reuse; introduce malicious code; misrepresent your identity when contacting us; or use our content to imply an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist.

Where a signed statement of work conflicts with these terms, the statement of work governs the engagement.

Software product names referenced on this Site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe the environments in which our consultants work. Verano is independent, receives no vendor commission, and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any software provider. Links to external sites are offered for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. 10. Limitation of liability
